1.   Milk Oatmeal

Milk will dilute the greasy taste of oatmeal, and it is very nutritious and delicious when eaten with food. Put some oatmeal and pour some milk, it is convenient and nutritious, and can be eaten by office workers or when there is something urgent.

2.    On the basis of milk oatmeal porridge, you can also add strawberry jam to make milk strawberry oatmeal porridge. The specific steps are: pour the three ingredients into the pot and stir well, then heat it over low heat, do not wait for it to boil. Remove from the heat and put it in a cool place to cool. When the oatmeal is completely soft, you can eat it.

3.    This is a common dish in the south: minced meat oatmeal porridge, which is made of oatmeal, lean pork, eggs, chopped green onion and ginger, etc. The specific method is to make the pork stuffing, add seasoning, egg white, and water starch to stir into a paste, then add oatmeal to water and cook it over low heat to make porridge, and then add pepper, MSG, chopped green onion, etc.

Oatmeal is mainly used to make porridge, which mainly adds seasoning, such as apple oatmeal porridge, strawberry oatmeal porridge, etc. It can also be cooked with rice and eaten as porridge.
