Jiao Sanxian Congee

Ingredients: 10-15 grams each of Shenqu, malt, and hawthorn, 50 grams of polished rice, and appropriate amount of sugar.

How to make Jiao Sanxian porridge

First, put Shenqu, malt and hawthorn into a casserole and boil them to get the thick juice, remove the residue, add polished rice and sugar to cook porridge.

Usage: Take as a snack between meals.

Efficacy: Strengthens the spleen and stomach, eliminates food stagnation, and disperses blood stasis. Suitable for food stagnation, abdominal pain, diarrhea, and indigestion of milk and food in children.
