Accessories: 60g watermelon rind, 12g Poria cocos, 10g lotus leaf

Production process: Boil Artemisia annua (or squeeze juice from fresh products), watermelon rind, and red Poria cocos to extract juice and remove residue. Wash mung beans and cook them with tea leaves into porridge. When the porridge is ready, add the juice of Artemisia annua, watermelon rind, and red Poria cocos and cook for a while. Usage: Take as you like.

Mung beans are cold in nature, so people with weak constitutions should not eat too much or for a long time, and those with spleen and stomach deficiency and diarrhea should be careful when eating them.

Recipe incompatibility: Artemisia annua: This product should not be used with angelica and rehmannia. Mung bean: Mung bean should not be eaten with carp, dog meat, and Torreya grandis shell. Poria: Poria hates white atractylodes, and is afraid of oyster shell, dandelion, realgar, gentiana macrophylla, and tortoise shell. It should not be eaten with rice vinegar. Lotus leaf: Lotus leaf hates tung oil, tuckahoe, and silver.
