Red glutinous rice and mushroom porridge: 30g fresh mushrooms (or 10g dried mushrooms), 30g red glutinous rice, appropriate amount of salt, monosodium glutamate, and sesame oil. Slice the mushrooms, add them into the boiling red glutinous rice porridge to heat, add salt and monosodium glutamate. This porridge is the most effective in preventing colorectal cancer and can be eaten for a long time.

Chicken and mushroom porridge: First, add half a cup of buckwheat and bulgur wheat, add water and cook until done. Add chopped fresh mushrooms and salt, and continue to boil. Cut the chicken breast into small pieces, marinate with soy sauce, starch, egg white, and shredded ginger for a while. Add to the porridge pot, and add some pepper according to your taste after cooking.

Pea and mushroom porridge: 60g peas, 60g mushrooms, 100g rice. Soak the peas in clean water until soft; remove the impurities from the mushrooms, wash them, and cut them into small pieces; wash the rice and set aside. Add an appropriate amount of water to the pot, add the peas and rice to cook the porridge, add the mushroom pieces when they are half cooked, and cook until the porridge is done.

Egg and mushroom porridge: Buy leg bones or chicken to make broth for later use. You can make more at a time. Put the unused broth in a fresh-keeping box and freeze it in the refrigerator. Use Thai fragrant rice to make white porridge. Add the broth after the pot boils for a while. Cook until the porridge thickens. Tear the mushrooms into pieces and add them. Add salt to taste. Then cook for about ten minutes. Take two eggs, break them, turn on high heat, and pour them into the porridge while stirring. When the pot boils, add some sesame oil to enhance the flavor. If you like chopped green onions, you can also chop the green onions and sprinkle them on top.
