Ingredients for tofu and barley porridge

30g barley, 20g glutinous rice, 100g soft tofu, 25g red dates

Seasoning: Rock sugar

How to make tofu and barley porridge

1. Wash coix seeds and glutinous rice; wash tofu and cut into small cubes; wash red dates and soak them.

2. Pour clean water into a pot and bring to a boil. Add in coix seed, glutinous rice and red dates and bring to a boil. Turn to low heat and simmer for about 30 minutes. Add in tofu and rock sugar and cook for about 15 minutes. Bring to a boil over high heat.
