Ingredients for anchovy porridge

1 liang of anchovy, 1/4 stalk of garlic sprouts, 50 grams of seaweed, 1 bowl of white porridge, half a bowl of seafood broth, 1 teaspoon of rice wine

How to make anchovy porridge

1. Wash and drain the anchovies and set aside; cut the garlic sprouts into shreds and set aside.

2. Take a soup pot, add seafood broth, anchovies, seaweed, white porridge and rice wine, bring the porridge to a boil over medium heat and turn off the heat.

3. Before serving, add shredded garlic sprouts.

[Production process]

(1)Put rice and water in a pot and cook for about 20 minutes until it becomes porridge-like. Then add anchovies, chopped carrots, and shredded cabbage and cook over medium-low heat for 5 minutes. If you like to eat it a little softer, you can cook it together with the rice from the beginning.

(2) Add chopped celery, coriander, ginger and seasonings and mix well.

Because some anchovies already contain salt, it is best to taste the salt first and then consider the appropriate amount.

When cooking porridge, you must start with high heat and then switch to medium-low heat, and stir with a spoon to prevent it from sticking to the bottom of the pot.
