9. Put a little oil in the wok, add Sichuan peppercorns, red peppers, minced garlic and ginger into the wok over low heat and sauté until fragrant. When the aroma comes out, add the diced green peppers and diced shiitake mushrooms, and stir-fry quickly over high heat. Since it is a dry stir-fry, do not add water. Sprinkle in a little salt and chicken essence and serve.
