1. Brown sugar

It is best for the body to drink figs and brown sugar together. When needed, you can prepare an appropriate amount of dried figs and 20 grams of brown sugar, put them together in a clean glass, boil a pot of water, and when the water temperature drops to about 95 degrees, pour it directly into the clean glass, stir it with clean chopsticks, and drink it directly after the water temperature drops. The figs put in each time can be brewed repeatedly 2 to 3 times.

2. Red dates

Figs can be combined with red dates to make a soaked drink. When needed, you can prepare 10 grams of dried figs and three or four red dates. Put the prepared red dates into the pan in advance and slowly fry them until they are charred. After taking them out, break them into pieces and put them in a clean cup together with the prepared figs. Add boiling water and soak for 3 to 5 minutes, then take out the soup and drink it slowly.

3. Wolfberry

Figs can also be combined with wolfberries to make tea. When needed, you can prepare 10 grams of figs and 5 grams of wolfberries. Wash the prepared figs with clean water, put them in a clean cup, add the prepared wolfberries, then add a few pieces of rock sugar, and finally add the prepared boiling water. After flushing, gently shake the cup to dissolve the rock sugar inside. The resulting soup can be drunk directly.

4. Safflower

Safflower is a traditional Chinese medicine that can replenish qi and blood. It is suitable to be soaked in water with figs. When needed, you can take 5 grams of figs and safflower respectively, put them directly in a clean cup, add boiling water to brew it, and the soup can be drunk instead of tea. This will make the blood-replenishing effect of safflower and figs more outstanding and allow the human body to absorb more abundant nutrients.
