1. Remove the hair on the surface of the prepared pig skin, then put it into the pot, add cold water, and then turn on the fire to cook. After the water boils, cook for five minutes, take it out, and remove the foam on the surface.

2. After taking out the cooked pig skin, use a knife to remove the fat on its surface, and then cut it into thin strips. Wash the ginger and cut it into slices, and wrap it with pepper, aniseed, cinnamon and other spices in gauze.

3. Put water in the pot, put the processed pork skin, wrapped spices, salt, appropriate amount of sugar and light soy sauce into the pot, bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to medium-low heat and simmer for about two hours, then add cooking wine, mix well, and continue cooking.

4. After the meat skin in the pot is cooked and soft, the soup will become thick. Turn off the heat and put it in a container to cool. After it has cooled down completely, the homemade frozen meat will be ready. Take it out when you want to eat it, cut it into small pieces, then add appropriate amount of mashed garlic, balsamic vinegar and sesame oil, mix well and eat it directly.
