Method 1

1. To make blueberry jam at home, you need to prepare 400 grams of fresh blueberries and 60 grams of white sugar. Wash the prepared fresh blueberries with clean water, dry the surface moisture, then put it in a larger bowl and use a spoon or other utensils to mash the blueberries. If you have a food processor, you can also put the blueberries in the food processor and make them into a paste and then take them out.

2. Add the prepared white sugar to the blueberry puree and mix well. Marinate in the refrigerator for two hours. Take it out and put it in a clean non-stick pan, heat and bring to a boil, then simmer over low heat. After the blueberry juice in the pot becomes a thick sauce, turn off the heat, cool it down, take it out and put it into a clean glass bottle, seal it and refrigerate it. You can take it out and eat it whenever you need it.

Method 2

1. To make blueberry jam at home, you can also prepare an appropriate amount of sugar and water. Put the sugar into the pot in a ratio of 2:1, heat it to a boil, and then simmer it over low heat until it becomes syrup for later use. When boiling the syrup, wash the prepared fresh blueberries with clean water and drain the surface moisture.

2. Put the washed blueberries directly into the syrup and cook them together. Stir constantly during the cooking process. After the blueberry pulp and skin are separated and become a viscous sauce, add an appropriate amount of lemon juice, mix well and cook for another 5 to 10 minutes. After cooking, take out and filter. After removing the blueberry skin, you can get sweet and delicious blueberry jam.

3. The method of making blueberry jam at home is not complicated, but you must pay attention to hygiene when making it. In addition, you must be careful not to let blueberries contain raw water during the production process, and you must not use tools that contain grease or raw water. Otherwise, the blueberry jam will easily deteriorate during the storage process.
