1 ready-to-eat sea cucumber 1/4 teaspoon salt (1 gram) 1 celery 1 small piece of ginger 1 bowl of rice (or 50 grams of rice)

How to make sea cucumber celery porridge

1) Pour clean water into the pot, bring to a boil over high heat, pour in the rice and stir a few times. When the rice is stirred, turn to medium-low heat and cook for 30 minutes. (If using rice, wash it first and soak it for 30 minutes before pouring it in to cook)

2) While this is going on, chop the celery into small pieces. Slice the sea cucumber thinly. Peel the ginger and cut it into thin strips.

3) When the rice has bloomed and the porridge has become thick, add shredded ginger, sea cucumber slices and celery, add salt, stir evenly, then turn to high heat and continue cooking for 3 minutes. While cooking, stir constantly with a spoon to prevent the bottom from getting sticky.
