Coconut Rice

1. Coconut rice made with coconut is especially delicious. When making it, you need to prepare 100-150 grams of glutinous rice and a coconut. Place the prepared fresh coconut in a triangular shape on the top of the coconut, and fill half of the coconut milk inside. Then wash the prepared glutinous rice, dry it, and soak it in the coconut milk.

2. Prepare a small bowl that can hold the coconut, put the coconut in it, and after the glutinous rice is soaked, use a small spoon or chopsticks to slowly put the soaked glutinous rice into the coconut from the top of the coconut. Stop sealing when the amount of glutinous rice accounts for about three-fifths of the volume of the coconut.

3. Put the whole coconut in a pot and steam it for 4 hours. Be sure to put enough water. After the coconut is steamed, take it out and break its skin with the back of a knife. The white coconut meat inside can be exposed. Rinse the debris on the surface and cut it on the chopping board. Then cut the coconut meat with rice into pieces. Coconut Chicken Stew

Coconut stewed chicken is also very delicious. The method of processing coconut when stewing chicken is similar to the method of making coconut rice mentioned above. After making a hole, pour the coconut juice inside for later use. Then prepare a black chicken, wash it and chop it into small pieces, prepare an appropriate amount of ginger, wolfberry and table salt, put the processed black chicken into the coconut through the small mouth, add the prepared seasoning, and then put the coconut juice back into the coconut. Finally, seal the mouth, put the coconut into the pot, and stew it in water for five hours. After taking it out, open the coconut and you will get delicious coconut stewed chicken.
