Today I will tell you about the high-yield management method of Flammulina velutipes in greenhouses. If you have any needs in this regard, I suggest you take a good look at it. It may be helpful to you: Scientific Management of Flammulina velutipes① Management during the mycelium growth stage. If there are some places where the fungus has not sprouted within 10 days after sowing, lime water can be sprayed to promote sprouting. After sowing, straw curtains can be added on the greenhouse or the sunbed to keep warm. Under the condition of 7℃~10℃, the mycelium will cover the entire bed surface in about 15 days, and the mycelium will grow to about 5 cm below the surface of the material in about 30 days. The film can be removed for ventilation and bud bud induction in 40 days. At this time, a high humidity environment of more than 80% should be maintained. The film should be removed for ventilation for 10 minutes every day to promote the change of the fungus bed from grayish white to snow white. When the fungus bed is snow-white with a large number of amber droplets, bud bud induction should be carried out immediately. The method is to raise the film on the culture material by 10 to 20 cm, so that the air humidity reaches more than 80%, and ventilate 2 to 3 times a day for 20 minutes each time. This will be carried out continuously for one week to produce a large number of mushroom buds. Before fruiting, the fungus bed should be kept moist, but there should be no stagnant water to avoid water rotting. The temperature should be controlled at 10℃~12℃, and shade should be provided to avoid direct sunlight. ② Management after mushroom production. When the enoki mushrooms grow to 1-2 cm, remove the ground film on the surface of the material, keep the humidity above 90%, and ventilate the greenhouse 1-2 times a day, each time for 20 minutes. The carbon dioxide concentration in the greenhouse is reduced to below 0.114%. In the middle period, a layer of gauze is placed on the cultivation bed. In this way, water is sprayed on the gauze to avoid water flow erosion of the young mushrooms, and at the same time, direct sunlight can be avoided to accelerate the growth of the young mushrooms. The temperature during this period should be maintained at 5℃~8℃. Harvesting Flammulina velutipes at the right timeWhen the mushroom stalks are long but not open and the color is light milky white, they can be harvested. When harvesting, hold the mushroom bed with one hand and gently hold the mushroom cluster with the other hand to pick it from the root. After harvesting, clean the bed surface, spray water and cover with film. Spray water for several days until the next batch of mushrooms grow. |
