Steps to cook Dutch peas and bacon

1. The main ingredients for stir-frying snow peas with bacon are 250 grams of snow peas and 200 grams of bacon. Then prepare two ends of garlic, ginger slices and a little green onion. In addition, you need to prepare bean paste and Lao Gan Ma chili sauce.

2. Steam the bacon you bought first, then take it out and cut it into thin slices with a knife for later use.

3. Remove the tendons of the snow peas, then wash them with clean water, cut them into pieces of your favorite size, then add water to a pot and bring to a boil, blanch the snow peas and then remove them from the water and rinse them with cold water. When blanching the snow peas, you can add a small amount of olive oil to the water, which will make the color of the snow peas more attractive and emerald green.

4. Cut all the green onions and ginger into slices, then peel the garlic and cut it into thin slices. Now you can turn on the fire and heat the oil in the pot.

5. After the oil temperature in the pot rises, you can add the chopped onion, ginger, garlic, etc. and stir-fry. When you smell the fragrance, add the bean paste and Lao Gan Ma, and then pour in the bacon and stir-fry.

6. After frying the bacon in the pot, you can add the snow peas. Since the bacon and snow peas have been processed in advance, they are very easy to fry. It should be ready in about three minutes. When frying, you can add a small amount of salt according to your taste. Because bacon is mostly salty, the editor recommends adding less salt. After adding salt and frying, you can remove from the pot and serve.
