Cooked tomatoes contain a lot of lycopene, which helps to smooth new wrinkles and make the skin tender and smooth. It has the functions of anti-oxidation, eliminating free radicals, significantly reducing the oxidative damage to lymphocyte DNA caused by peroxidation in the body, and slowing down the formation of atherosclerosis. It has the effect of preventing cancer.

It contains antioxidants, calcium that can prevent osteoporosis, iron that women often lack, and folic acid that is beneficial to pregnant women.
