The difference between Golden Mango and Guifei Mango

1. Different size

The size of Jinhuang mango is generally larger, with an average weight of about 1 kg, and the largest can grow to 2 kg, so Jinhuang mango is also called big mango. Guifei mango is generally lighter, with a single Guifei mango weighing between 300 and 500 grams. However, we can directly see the difference between Jinhuang mango and Guifei mango in terms of size.

2. Different colors

The skin of unripe Golden Huang mango is usually green, and when it matures, it turns golden yellow, hence the name Golden Huang mango. When the Guifei mango is unripe, its skin is usually purple-red, and when it is fully ripe, its base color turns dark yellow. To distinguish Golden Huang mango from Guifei mango, you can also tell from the color of their skin.

3. Different taste

After peeling the skin, the flesh of Guifei mango and Jinhuang mango are both orange-yellow, with no big difference. However, the taste is slightly different. Jinhuang mango tastes very sweet because it does not contain too much fiber and has a delicate texture. Guifei mango tastes very juicy and sweet.

4. Different nutrients

Golden mango mainly contains vitamin C, about 5 grams of vitamin C per 100 grams of golden mango, so golden mango has a good skin whitening effect. Although Guifei mango also contains vitamin C, the content is not that high, and its main nutrient is protein.
