2. Put the prepared fresh mulberries into a clean glass bottle, put a layer of fresh mulberries, then put a layer of rock sugar, and put them alternately. Put rock sugar on the top layer, then cover the bottle mouth with plastic wrap, and then seal the bottle mouth, and soak it directly in a warm and ventilated place. After about 20 days, the mulberries inside will be fermented. After taking it out, filter the liquid back into the glass bottle and continue to ferment for a while. After the fermentation is completed, you can get the fragrant mulberry wine.

How to make dried mulberries into wine

1. The shelf life of mulberries is particularly short. After picking fresh mulberries, people will often air-dry them for preservation. These air-dried mulberries can be used directly to make wine. Before soaking in wine, you need to rinse them with clean water first, then add an appropriate amount of corn starch and mix well, then soak them for a few minutes. After taking them out, rinse them with clean water and put them in a cool and ventilated place to dry.

2. Prepare pure grain liquor with a concentration of more than 50% and a large clean glass bottle. Put the processed dried mulberries directly into the glass bottle. For every 300 grams of dried mulberries, you can put one kilogram of liquor. After storing them, seal them and store them. After one month, the mulberry wine inside will be ready. When soaking dried mulberries in wine, you can use not only liquor but also good quality rice wine. When soaking with rice wine, the ratio of dried mulberries to rice wine is one to two. The soaking method is no different from that of liquor.
