After harvesting the fresh flowers that have just opened, wash them, put them in a pot, add an appropriate amount of rock sugar, some longan meat, red dates and other ingredients, add enough water and boil them together, then cook for about half an hour. After taking them out, they taste especially good when eaten directly.

1. Dendrobium flower and lean meat soup

Dendrobium officinale flowers can be used with lean meat to make soup. 2. Scrambled eggs with dendrobium flowers

In addition to making soup with lean meat, Dendrobium officinale flowers can also be fried with eggs. When frying, be sure to choose fresh Dendrobium officinale flowers, wash and chop them, then put them in a bowl, then crack 3 to 4 eggs, add a small amount of water and table salt and mix well. After heating oil in a frying pan, add the egg liquid into the pan and stir-fry quickly until it becomes cubes and then serve.
