How to Make Lemon Water

Material

When making lemonade at home, you need to prepare four to five fresh lemons, about 500 grams of honey, and some salt. Finally, you need to prepare a clean, sealable glass bottle.

step

1. Wet the fresh lemon with clean water, then evenly apply the prepared edible salt on the surface of the lemon, and then rub it vigorously with your hands to clean all the fruit wax on the surface of the lemon. After washing, rinse the surface of the lemon several times with clean water to remove the water and set aside.

2. Find a grater and shred the washed lemon peel, then cut the remaining lemon pulp into small dices. The chopped lemon pulp can be directly put into a clean glass bottle. The glass bottle should be sterilized with high temperature in advance and the water inside should be removed.

3. After the lemon pulp is placed, you can add honey. The amount of honey must be enough to cover all the lemon pulp. Then put in the processed lemon peel and pour in honey again until the honey brown lemon peel is completely covered. Then you can seal the bottle.

4. Put the sealed glass bottle in the refrigerator. After 7 to 10 days, the lemons inside will be pickled. If you want to drink lemonade, you can take out the glass bottle, use a clean spoon to take out 2 to 3 spoons of pickled honey lemon, put it in a cup, and mix it directly with boiled water. After mixing well, you will get delicious lemonade. It tastes sweet and sour and feels especially good.
