Material

When making perilla, bayberry, peach ginger, you need to prepare 200 grams of bayberry, 300 grams of perilla, two fresh peaches, 100 grams of fresh ginger, some appropriate amounts of rock sugar and white sugar, and prepare a larger clean glass bottle.

Production steps

1. Wash the prepared perilla with clean water in advance and cut it into small pieces. Then soak the bayberry in salt water, wash the ginger and cut it into thin strips. Wash the peaches with clean water, remove the peel and peach core after washing, and then cut into slices for later use.

2. Put clean water in the pot and bring to a boil. Then put the prepared perilla and ginger into the pot and blanch for three to five minutes. Then take them out, cool them down and remove the water.

3. Put the prepared bayberry in a basin, add rock sugar and mix well, then marinate. After five or six hours, add the prepared perilla and ginger, put them into the pot with a small amount of water, heat and bring to a boil.
