Blueberry is a highly nutritious fruit. It contains a lot of natural anthocyanins, which can delay aging, prevent cancer, and beautify the skin. People have many benefits to their health after eating it. However, although blueberries are good, the peel is very thin, and cleaning is a big problem. If you are not careful, the peel will break and the nutrients will be lost. In fact, there are certain methods and techniques for cleaning blueberries. 1. Potassium permanganate cleaning

Many people worry about pesticide residues or dirt on the surface of blueberries when using them, and they are afraid that these substances will be harmful to the body if they are not washed clean. The best way to clean them is to put a small amount of potassium permanganate in a basin, then add clean water to mix well, and then put the prepared blueberries directly into the potassium permanganate water and soak for more than ten minutes, then take them out and rinse them with running water.

2. Wash with salt water

Blueberries can also be washed with salt water. Salt water has a certain anti-inflammatory and bactericidal effect, and can effectively remove dirt and bacteria on the surface of blueberries. When washing, you can put an appropriate amount of table salt in a basin, add clean water to make it into light salt water, and then soak the purchased blueberries in the light salt water for half an hour. After soaking, take them out and rinse them under the faucet with running water before eating.

3. Wash with flour

Fresh blueberries in the classroom can also be washed with flour. When washing, you can put the blueberries in a basin, add an appropriate amount of flour, then pour in clean water, and then gently stir it in a clockwise direction with your hands to allow the diluted flour water to fully contact the blueberries. It has a certain adsorption capacity and can absorb all the dirt on the surface of the blueberries into the water. After washing, use clean water to wash off the flour water on the surface.

4. Use detergent

Blueberries can also be washed with detergent, but the amount should not be too much. Only 1 to 2 drops can be added at a time, and then add enough water to dilute it. Then put the blueberries in the water and stir them with your hands. This will wash away all the dirt on the surface of the blueberries. After washing, just rinse off the foam on the surface of the blueberries with clean water.
