1. Wash the prepared hawthorns with clean water, remove all the insects and wounds. Then remove the core, stalk and stem of the washed hawthorns.

2. Wash the prepared large bottle with water to remove moisture and avoid oil. Put the processed hawthorn into the bottle and mash it. Put the hawthorn into about two-thirds of the bottle. Don't fill it too full, otherwise it will be detrimental to fermentation.

3. Put the prepared white sugar into the bottle and mix well, then add a small amount of white wine. If you don’t want the hawthorn wine to have a strong alcohol flavor, you can also not add white wine.
