1. Remove the core of the durian flesh and press it into puree. Then take out the prepared pancake skins and stack them together. You can sprinkle some dry flour in the middle.

2. Use a rolling pin to press the pancake skin into a rectangular sheet of moderate thickness, and then use a knife to cut the sheet into several squares of the same size.

3. Crack the eggs into a bowl and mix them into egg liquid. Take out an appropriate amount of the pressed durian pulp and put it in the middle of the small square.
