1. Remove the orange peel, then remove all the threads on the surface of the orange segments, and separate them into individual orange segments for later use.

2. Add an appropriate amount of water into the pot, heat it to boil, then put the orange segments into the boiling water and cook for a while, no more than three minutes.

3. Put the oranges into cold water and soak them to cool down. Add water to the pot again and put the prepared rock sugar in it.

4. Heat the water in the pot again to boil, then put the oranges in and cook with rock sugar. After about seven or eight minutes, you can turn off the heat.

5. Put the cooked oranges in a glass bottle and seal it to make homemade canned oranges. Now put it directly into the refrigerator and refrigerate it. After five or six hours, you can take it out and eat it. The taste is not worse than the purchased canned oranges.
