1. Peel the banana and cut it into pieces of your choice. Don't cut the pieces too big when feeding them to children.

2. Put the cut banana segments into a bowl, then add milk, cornstarch and egg white to mix. It is best if the outer layer of the banana is covered with mucus.

3. Put oil in the pot, heat it, take out the banana segments and put them into the pot to fry. Take them out after the surface of the banana turns golden brown.

4. After frying the bananas, take out the oil from the pot and put it back into the pot. When the oil is 50% hot, add the sugar. After adding, stir constantly until the sugar is completely dissolved.

5. After the sugar in the pot is completely dissolved, pour the bananas into the pot, stir quickly, and turn off the heat. It should be taken out of the pot and served on a plate in less than a minute. When giving it to children, you can prepare a bowl of boiled water and let the children dip the banana pieces in cold water to cool them before eating.
