1. Crack the eggs into a small bowl and set aside.

2. Peel the banana and crush it with a spoon. Before crushing, you can cut into a few thin slices and use them as decorations. If the child is older, you can also make the banana into granules.

3. Add the crushed banana into a small bowl and mix with the prepared milk. Then put clean water in a pot, heat it to boil, and steam the prepared eggs, bananas and milk in the pot.

4. Steam over high heat for ten minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for about five minutes. While steaming, you can soak the wolfberries in boiling water, put the wolfberries on top after steaming, and also put the reserved banana slices on the surface for decoration. After it is done, you can let your children eat it.

5. When making banana egg custard, it is not advisable to choose bananas that are too big, medium-sized ones will be fine. If the bananas are too big, you will need to put in two eggs and increase the amount of milk appropriately, otherwise the egg custard will not solidify after steaming.
