How to make fried zucchini dough sticks

1. Cut the dough sticks into thin slices, put them into a pan and bake them slowly over low heat until crispy, then take them out and set aside;

2. Dice the zucchini, cut the red pepper into sections, slice half of the garlic, and chop the other half into minced garlic;

3. Heat the oil in a pan, add the garlic slices and red pepper and fry until fragrant;

5. Add soy sauce, salt and sugar for seasoning;
