1. Ingredients for making prune puree scones : 100 grams of low-gluten flour, 35 grams of Quaker quick-cooking oatmeal, 45 grams of dried prunes, appropriate amount of baking powder, appropriate amount of baking soda, appropriate amount of cinnamon powder, one egg, 65g of oil, 70 grams of fine sugar, and 30 grams of brown sugar.

Method : First, put the oil in a bowl, beat the eggs, add the brown sugar and fine sugar, then put the prune puree in, and then stir. Pour corn oil into a large bowl, beat the eggs, pour in the brown sugar, fine sugar, and chopped prunes, and stir well in the same direction. Use another bowl to mix oatmeal, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon powder, and then mix these mixed powders evenly. Mix them with the food in the first bowl, then knead these noodles, and then make small round pieces, then put them on a baking tray, put them in the oven and bake them at 170 degrees for 18 minutes.

Ingredients: 3 eggs, 80g granulated sugar, 160g yogurt, 80g corn oil, 200g low-gluten flour, 4g baking powder, 3g salt, 100g prune meat

Method : First, dice the prune puree, beat the eggs, add sugar, oil and flour, mix to make cake batter, preheat the oven to 180 degrees, then fill the batter and bake for 15 minutes.
