Once, he learned from a conversation with a friend that practicing qigong and eating Poria can cure this disease. So he did it for a year according to what his friend said, and he was cured.

After that, he studied Shennong's Herbal Classic and other medical works seriously, and made "Fuling Congee". He later told his father Su Xun and his brother Su Shi about this recipe, and the whole family took it.

Specific method: Take 15 grams of Poria cocos and cook it with 50 grams of japonica rice into porridge. Take one dose a day on an empty stomach in the morning.
