Now let's learn how to eat rambutan. There are many ways to eat it, and different ways of eating have different tastes and effects. Let's try them all.

1. Rambutan is a fruit that can be eaten raw, just like lychee. You can eat the flesh inside after removing the skin, but the core is not edible. It is similar to the way of eating lychee. In many places, rambutan is called hairy lychee.

2 Rambutan can also be cooked into porridge with glutinous rice and lotus seeds. This way of eating rambutan is very delicious.

Ingredients: 7 rambutans, 20 grams of glutinous rice, 20 grams of coix seeds, 10 grams of millet, and appropriate amounts of lotus seeds and red dates.

Steps: First, mix the glutinous rice, then put the coix seeds into the pot and boil it, then peel the rambutan, clean the lotus seeds and put them in a plate for later use. Wash the red dates. When the glutinous rice and coix seeds are cooked to 80%, you can wash some millet and pour it in. When the millet is poured in and boiled, put the red dates in. After the red dates are boiled, add the lotus seeds one by one. After the porridge is cooked, add the rambutan and boil it before eating. This porridge requires more ingredients and is a bit complicated to cook, so many people have not eaten it. If you have rambutan, you can also try to cook it and eat it.
