Cold yuba salad

1. Cold bean curd sticks are delicious. Before making it, you need to prepare 150 grams of bean curd sticks, a carrot, a shallot, a head of garlic, some sesame seeds, sesame oil, salt, vinegar and chicken essence.

2. Soak the bean curd sheets in clean water half a day in advance. After softening them, blanch them in boiling water. After blanching, take them out and cool them in cold water. Then take them out and drain the water for later use.

3. Peel the carrots and cut them into thin slices, mince the shallots, and mash the garlic. Add all of them to the yuba, and then add sesame seeds, salt, vinegar, sesame oil and other seasonings. After mixing well, take it out and put it on a plate and serve.

Stir-fried yuba

1. Stir-fried bean curd sheets is also very delicious. When stir-frying, you need to prepare 200 grams of bean curd sheets, a cucumber, half a carrot, a scallion, and an appropriate amount of sugar, salt, water, chicken essence, and cooking oil.

2. Soak the prepared yuba in clean water until it becomes soft. Cut the carrots and cucumbers into thin strips and cut the green onions into chopped green onions for later use.

3. Heat the oil in a pan and add the chopped green onion. Stir-fry until fragrant. Then add the shredded carrots and cucumbers and stir-fry evenly. Add the soaked bean curd and stir-fry back and forth. Add a small amount of light soy sauce, and then add the appropriate amount of sugar and salt. Stir well. Finally, add chicken essence to enhance the flavor. After stir-frying, turn off the heat. It can be eaten directly out of the pan.
