1. Sapodilla is mainly eaten fresh, but it can also be processed into jam, juice, preserved fruit, canned food, dried slices and fruit crystals, etc. It has the medicinal effects of clearing the heart and moistening the lungs.

2. The sapodilla you just bought will be a little hard, so you have to wait until it softens a little, like kiwi fruit, before eating it. It will be especially sweet.

3. Sapodilla can also be eaten as a vegetable. It can be sliced ​​and cooked. It is a good way to cook it, stir-fry, deep-fry it, or mix it cold.

4. Wash the sapodilla fruit, cut it vertically to 2/3, leaving a part of the peel connected to the flesh, dig out the pulp, fill it with meat filling, steam it in a steamer, take it out and let it cool, cut it into slices horizontally with a clean sharp knife, and then eat it.

5. Wash the ripe sapodilla fruit, slice it and put it on a plate. Add appropriate amount of salt and marinate for a while. Pour out the seeped water, then add appropriate amount of mashed garlic, MSG, rice cool and sesame oil, mix well and eat.
