1. Treat cough

Ingredients: 1 monk fruit, 1 pear

2. Monk Fruit Tea:

Especially for some people who often use their throats, regular drinking of monk fruit tea can protect the throat very well. At the same time, it can also effectively treat hoarseness, cough, sore throat and other symptoms caused by wind-heat attacking the lungs.

Method: Prepare 20 grams of monk fruit, peel it and soak it in boiling water with the skin and flesh as tea. It tastes sweet and mellow. Take one dose a day to treat chronic pharyngitis. Or you can prepare one monk fruit and one dried persimmon, boil them in water and take them to effectively treat whooping cough. In addition to these two methods, we can also prepare 3 monk fruits, peel them, add appropriate amount of water and steam them, take one dose a day, take it in the morning and evening, it can effectively treat colds, coughs with phlegm, stomach heat and constipation.

3. Monk Fruit Pork Soup

Ingredients: 1/6 monk fruit, 400g pork, 100g yuba, 3 dried persimmons, salt to taste

Method: Wash the dried persimmons, remove the stems, and cut them into 4 pieces. Wash the monk fruit and set aside; soak the yuba until soft and cut into short pieces. Boil the pork in boiling water for 5 minutes, take it out, wash it, and boil it in an appropriate amount of water. Then add the yuba, monk fruit, and dried persimmon pieces and boil them. Cook over low heat for 1.5 hours, add salt to taste, and cook for another 1.5 hours.

Ingredients: 10g monk fruit, honey, 10g hawthorn slices, 250g clean water

Method: Wash and crush the monk fruit, and wash the hawthorn and put it in the pot with the monk fruit. Then add clean water to the pot, cook it on fire, remove the residue and pour the juice into a cup. Finally, add an appropriate amount of honey into the cup, stir it evenly and drink it as a daily beverage.

5. Candy Drinks

Ingredients: 250g monk fruit, appropriate amount of white sugar

Method: Crush the prepared monk fruit and put it into an appropriate amount of water to boil for 3 times, each time for half an hour, and steam it over low heat to remove the moisture and make it viscous. After cooling, mix it with white sugar and mix well. After drying, crush it and bottle it for later use. Take about 10 grams each time and brew it with boiling water.
