Here are some ways to eat hawthorn:

(1) Hawthorn Soup Ingredients: 500g hawthorn, 100g sugar. Preparation: Wash the hawthorn with water, remove the stems and seeds, boil in water, add sugar when the hawthorn is cooked, and drink the soup.

(2) Hawthorn tea Ingredients: 500g hawthorn, 200g dried lotus leaves, 200g coix seeds, 100g licorice. Preparation: Grind the above ingredients into fine powder, divide into 10 packets, take one packet per day and brew with boiling water, drink as tea, and make the tea light.

(3) Hawthorn and Silver Chrysanthemum Drink Ingredients: 10g each of hawthorn, silver flower and chrysanthemum. Preparation: Crush the hawthorn and put it in a cup with silver flower and chrysanthemum as tea. This is the daily amount.

(4) Hawthorn and Tangerine Peel Drink Ingredients: 20g each of raw hawthorn, tangerine peel, and lotus leaf, 10g of raw coix seed. Preparation: Grind the above ingredients into fine powder, add to a thermos bottle and brew with boiling water, drink it all in one day. Valid for three months.

(5) Hawthorn and Melon Peel Drink Ingredients: 20g hawthorn, 30g wax gourd peel, 10g each of Polygonum multiflorum and Sophora japonica horn. Preparation: Boil the above ingredients together in a pot for 20 minutes, filter the juice and drink.

(6) Bodybuilding and fat-burning tea Ingredients: 20g of hawthorn, 7g each of oriental rhizome, radish seed, malt, tea, patchouli, red soybean, Yunfuling, cassia seed, tangerine peel, Liushenqu, and Prunella vulgaris. Preparation: Put all the above ingredients into a casserole, add water and boil, filter the juice and drink it, which is the daily amount.

(7) Ingredients for bodybuilding and fat-burning tea: 10 grams each of raw hawthorn, raw Polygonum multiflorum, Prunella vulgaris, Alisma orientalis, radish seeds, and tea leaves.

Preparation method: Put all the above ingredients into a casserole, add appropriate amount of water and boil, filter the juice and drink it, which is the daily amount.

(8) Double Root Tea Ingredients: 15g each of tea root, hawthorn and reed root. Preparation: Boil the above ingredients together for 20 minutes, filter the juice and drink.
