Cantaloupe Jam Ingredients

500g cantaloupe, 1 lemon, 120g fine sugar, 150g maltose, 100cc water, 1/2 tsp jelly powder

Cantaloupe Jam Recipe 1

1. Peel and remove the seeds of the cantaloupe, put it into a juicer, add water and blend for about ? seconds until it becomes puree and set aside.

2. Wash the lemon, cut it in half, and squeeze the juice for later use.

3. Take a bowl, pour in sugar and jelly powder, mix well and set aside.

4. Take a stainless steel pot, pour the cantaloupe puree from step 1 into the pot, add the ingredients from step 3 and heat until boiling, then turn to low heat.

5. Add maltose to the pot in step 4 and continue to cook while stirring occasionally until the jam becomes thick and then turn off the heat.

6. After the sauce from step 5 has cooled down slightly, add the lemon juice from step 2 and mix well.

7. Pour the sauce from step 6 into a glass jar, cover it tightly and leave it to cool. It can also be refrigerated.

2. Put it into a food processor and blend it into sauce.

3. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon into the water.

4. After boiling, add white sugar and simmer on low heat.

5. Add 5 QQ candies when it becomes thick.

6. Continue cooking until the water content decreases and the jam becomes thick.
