Grape Apple Cider Vinegar Smoothie Recipe

Grape Apple Cider Vinegar Smoothie uses apple cider vinegar which is good for the body. It has a fresh and refreshing taste and is very suitable for this hot summer.

Material:

180g seedless grapes, 2 tsp sugar, 100ml water, 80ml apple cider vinegar, 2 tsp honey

Production process

1. Prepare materials

2. Pour sugar into water, heat in a small pot until dissolved and then cool.

3. Mix the sugar water and grapes in a food processor and beat them into grape juice

4. Add apple cider vinegar to grape juice

5. Add two spoons of honey and mix well

6. Pour into a container, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours

7. Beat with a whisk for 2 minutes, cover with plastic wrap and freeze in the refrigerator until hard.

8. Use a fork to scrape it into a paste and put it in the refrigerator to freeze.
