Do not eat it with cold foods such as watermelon, soy milk, beer, cabbage, mustard, bitter melon, winter melon lotus leaf soup, etc. If you accidentally eat too much, you can use brown sugar to boil ginger tea to relieve it. Because mangosteen is the queen of fruits, it is the coldest fruit.

Mangosteen pulp contains 16.8% soluble solids, 0.63% citric acid, and other vitamins B1, B2, C4 and minerals. It has the effects of reducing dryness, cooling and relieving heat. Therefore, mangosteen is not only delicious, but also has the effect of reducing internal heat, and can overcome the heat of durian. In Thailand, people regard durian and mangosteen as "husband and wife fruit". If you have eaten too much durian and have a sore throat, eating a few mangosteens can relieve it.

If the skin is sore, young people have acne, you can eat mangosteen raw, or use it to make soup. One is the king and the other is the queen, one is hot and the other is cold. After eating the tonic durian, eating mangosteen can have the effect of clearing heat. Therefore, mangosteen should not be eaten with some cold foods.
