2. Put clean water into the prepared flowerpot, add a dozen drops of nutrient solution, and after selection, put the germinated water lily seeds into the flowerpot. How to grow water lily in water

1. When growing lotus in water, you can prepare a delicate small pot and a proper amount of pond mud, which should account for about 2/3 of the volume of the pot. In addition, you need to add a proper amount of base fertilizer to the pot soil. After adding the pond mud, add a proper amount of clean water, and then plant the lotus seeds.

2. After sowing the lotus seeds, water them frequently. Tender shoots will grow in about seven days. At this time, you can move them to a sunny place and water them frequently, keeping the water depth on the surface of the flowerpot about two to three centimeters. And let them receive sufficient sunlight.

3. When growing water lilies in water, you also need to fertilize them frequently, but the fertilizer should not be too concentrated. You should choose a thin liquid fertilizer, which can promote the growth of water lilies without damaging their roots and can make them bloom earlier. However, excessive fertilization will cause them to only grow leaves but not bloom, which will affect their ornamental value. In addition, during the cultivation of water lilies, you should also pay attention to the prevention and control of diseases and pests, especially spraying drugs in time after pests appear.
