The efficacy and function of gentian flower

The efficacy and function of gentian flower

Gentiana is a perennial herb that likes light, is cold-resistant, and is suitable for living in sandy soil with good fertility. This plant is distributed in many regions of my country. The flowering and fruiting period of this flower is from May to November every year. So does the long-standing gentiana have a certain effect on human health?

The efficacy and function of gentian flower

1. Gentiana flower is mainly used to treat cold and heat between bones

Gentiana flower is a very ancient plant, cold in nature and pungent in taste. It has long been recorded in Chinese medicine books: it is mainly used to treat bone cold and heat, shock and evil spirits, continue to treat injuries, stabilize the five internal organs, and kill insects and poisons. Natural gentian flower can clear the liver and gallbladder, clear away heat and detoxify.

2. Gentiana can treat high blood pressure

Take 12g of Prunella Vulgaris, 6g of Gentiana Flos, 9g of Leonurus japonicus, 9g of Peony Root, and 6g of Licorice. Decoction in water, 1 dose per day, orally twice. The above prescription is a good recipe for treating high blood pressure.

3. Gentiana can cure snoring

Take 10 grams of gentian flower and angelica. Soak for more than 1 hour, boil over high heat, and simmer for 20 minutes. Pour out the liquid and boil it again in the same way. Mix the two liquids together and take them twice. Take before bedtime. It is effective if taken for three consecutive nights.

4. Gentiana has a precedent of curing impotence
