1. How to make beef stewed in porridge easily tender

Step 1: Wash the rice, put it in a pot, add water, bring to a boil over high heat and then simmer the porridge over low heat.

Step 2: Cut the beef into thin slices, put it into a bowl, add oyster sauce, salt, soup, chicken essence, cooking wine, green onion and ginger, stir it evenly with chopsticks and marinate it to make it easier to absorb the flavor.

Step 3: Wash and chop the lettuce and chop the green onion for later use.

Step 4: After the porridge is slowly cooked, put the quail eggs in.

Step 5: The most important thing is to blanch the beef slices. Put the beef slices into the porridge one by one and blanch them just like hot pot. The speed should be fast so that the beef slices can retain their fresh and tender taste.

Step 6: After the beef is cooked, immediately crack an egg into the pot, turn off the heat and cover the pot.

Step 7: After opening, add lettuce and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
