1. How to make fish peanut porridge

Step 1: Soak the peanuts overnight and clean the surface of the fish.

Step 2: Use scissors to cut the garfish into thin strips and soak them in clean water for an hour.

Step 3: Wash the rice and soak it in clean water for two hours.

Step 4: Heat the pan with oil, then add the ginger to sauté until fragrant. Then put the ribs processed in the previous step into the pan and start frying. When both sides turn golden brown, drain the oil and take out.
