How to fry loofah and how to make it delicious

How to stir-fry loofah

1. How to make fried loofah with pork slices

Step 1: Loofah, pork belly, onion, ginger, pepper, chicken essence, peanut oil, and sauce in appropriate amounts.

Step 2: Heat peanut oil in a pan, stir-fry the diced pork belly and add Sichuan peppercorns.

Step 3: Wash the loofah, peel it and slice it, add ginger and chopped green onion, and stir-fry evenly until it is 80% hot.

Step 4: Then pour in the loofah peel, stir-fry until cooked, then add salt and chicken essence to season.

2. How to make fried loofah with black fungus

Step 1: You need 350 grams of loofah, 100 grams of bell pepper, 30 grams of fungus, garlic, salt, sugar, oyster sauce, and dry starch in appropriate amounts.

Step 2: Wash and slice the loofah and bell pepper, soak the fungus, remove the stems, and tear it into small pieces.

Step 3: After adding oil to the wok and heating it up, first sauté the garlic, then add the loofah, bell pepper slices, and black fungus.

Step 4: Stir-fry until the loofah becomes soft, then add oyster sauce, salt and sugar and stir-fry quickly. After half a minute, add water starch to thicken and stir-fry evenly.

3. How to make fried loofah with wolfberry

Step 1: Prepare appropriate amounts of loofah, wolfberry, onion, ginger, salt and chicken essence.

Step 2: Peel the loofah and cut into pieces, cut the ginger into shreds, cut the green onion into flowers, and soak the wolfberries until soft.

Step 3: Heat oil in a pot, add shredded ginger and stir-fry until fragrant, then add loofah and water, cover with lid and start simmering.

Step 4: After the juice is reduced, add wolfberry, salt and chicken essence and stir well.
