1. Kohlrabi can be eaten after being mixed with cold food. Before mixing with cold food, you need 400 grams of fresh kohlrabi, and then prepare appropriate amount of olive oil, salt, pepper and chopped shallots. In addition, you also need to prepare appropriate amount of salt and vinegar.

2. Remove the skin of the prepared kohlrabi, wash it with clean water, and cut it into thin strips. Then chop the bell pepper and green onion and put them together with the kohlrabi strips. Add table salt and mix well before marinating.

3. Take an appropriate amount of vinegar and add it to the kohlrabi shreds. Heat oil in a wok and add peppercorns. Fry them into peppercorn oil. Then pour it into the kohlrabi shreds and mix well. Take out and serve on a plate.

Stir-fried beef with kohlrabi

1. Stir-fried beef with kohlrabi is also very delicious. You need to prepare 500 grams of beef, 200 grams of kohlrabi, and 50 grams of apples. In addition, you also need to prepare appropriate amounts of seasonings such as salt, pepper, ginger, onion, star anise, and soy sauce. Finally, you also need to prepare an appropriate amount of bean paste and a small amount of lard.

2. Wash the beef and cut it into cubes. Remove the kohlrabi and cut it into cubes for later use. Boil some water in a pot, then put the beef in and remove the foam. Add the onion, ginger, pepper, soy sauce, salt, ginger, star anise and apple. After boiling, stew the beef over low heat until it is 70% cooked.

3. Heat another pot, add lard, then add the bean paste into the pot, stir-fry until the oil turns red, then add the fresh soup and bring to a boil, remove the residue and pour the juice into the beef pot, then add kohlrabi and cook together. When the beef and kohlrabi are cooked, you can turn off the heat. After it cools down a little, you can take it out and serve it in a bowl for human consumption.
