How to make delicious prawns

How to cook delicious prawns

1. Crispy Prawn Steak Step 1: 500g prawns, 100g breadcrumbs, 50g salad dressing, 40g starch, 1 egg, salt, pepper powder, cooking wine to taste. Step 2: Clean the prawns thoroughly, cut off the head and shell but keep the tail, cut the prawns open and pick out the shrimp thread. Step 3: Flatten the prawns with the back of a knife, sprinkle with pepper, salt and cooking wine. Step 4: Dip the prawns in starch, then dip in egg and finally dip in breadcrumbs. Step 5: Heat the oil pan, fry the prawns thoroughly and remove from the oil.

2. Braised Prawns Step 1: 1/2 pound of prawns, a small amount of scallions, ginger, garlic, and appropriate amounts of salt, cooking wine, sugar, and tomato sauce. Step 2: Wash the prawns thoroughly, remove the shrimp thread and shrimp whiskers. Step 3: Heat the oil pan, add oil to 70% hot, and sauté the scallions and garlic. Step 4: Add the prawns, stir-fry evenly, then add salt, cooking wine, sugar, and tomato sauce, and stir-fry over high heat. Step 5: Adjust the heat to medium and stir-fry until the sauce is absorbed.

3. Curry Prawns Step 1: Wash the prawns, put them in a pan with shredded ginger, and stir-fry until fragrant. Step 2: After the prawns change color and are cooked, add cooking wine and sugar and stir-fry evenly. Step 3: Add curry powder and stir-fry until it is well-seasoned. Finally, add oil and soy sauce to season and adjust the color.
