1. Stir-fried bamboo shoots with dried tofu

Bamboo shoots fried with dried tofu are delicious. When stir-frying, wash the fresh bamboo shoots and cut them into sections. Then cut the dried tofu into small strips. Put oil in a wok, heat it and add chopped green onions to stir-fry until fragrant. Then add the dried tofu and stir-fry evenly, then add the bamboo shoots. When the bamboo shoots are soft, add a small amount of light soy sauce and salt to season. After stir-frying evenly, serve directly out of the wok.

2. Bamboo Leaf Vegetable with Garlic Sauce

Bamboo greens with garlic are also very delicious. When making it, wash the bamboo greens in advance, blanch them in boiling water, peel the garlic and make garlic paste, heat oil in a wok, add the garlic paste and stir-fry until fragrant, then add the bamboo greens into the wok and stir-fry. After two minutes, add salt to season, then add an appropriate amount of chicken essence, stir well and serve directly on a plate.

3. Stir-fried pork with bamboo leaves

Stir-fried bamboo leaf with shredded pork is also very delicious. Before frying, remove the leaves of the bamboo leaf and cut them into sections. Then cut the lean meat into shreds and marinate it with egg white, cooking wine, light soy sauce and other seasonings for a while. After adding oil to the pan, put the shredded pork in and stir-fry until it changes color. Then add the chopped bamboo leaf stems, stir well, add salt and a small amount of light soy sauce. After the bamboo leaf becomes soft, remove from the pan and serve on a plate.
