1. Cut the shrimp from the back (don't cut it through) and remove the intestinal thread.

practice:
1. Wash the rice and soak it for 30 minutes.

4. Wash and chop the cabbage or other green vegetables you like.
5. Pour the rice into the pot, add an appropriate amount of water, add 2-3 drops of cooking oil, bring to a boil over high heat, add abalone and diced scallops, and cook over medium heat. The cooking time depends on the amount of porridge, and the rice should be thick and blooming. Stir the bottom of the pot several times with a spoon to prevent it from drying out.
6. Pour in the chopped vegetables and cook for one minute. Add salt and sesame oil and turn off the heat.
