Bamboo leaves: sweet, slightly cold, non-toxic. Bamboo leaves contain protein, amino acids, fat, sugar, calcium, phosphorus, iron, carotene, vitamin B1, B2. Functions: cure thirst, promote urination, clear lungs and resolve phlegm.
