Step 1: First, sauté the green onions in the pan. Add more oil when sautéing. This will make the kimchi more delicious.

Step 2: When the color of the green onions changes slightly, add the kimchi and start stir-frying it together with the green onions.

Step 3: Keep the wok hot over high heat until the kimchi starts to smell fragrant, then switch to low heat.

Step 4: Cut the tofu into cubes in advance and put them into the pot. The tofu should not be cut too thin, otherwise it will melt easily.

Step 5: Use a spoon to stir the tofu slightly to allow it to blend with the soup in the pot. Do not stir too hard to avoid breaking the tofu.

Step 6: Add rice washing water and use the second time rice washing water to cook, do not use the first time.

Step 7: Add half a spoonful of soybean paste or bean paste.
