3. Cold Broccoli

Broccoli is also a good choice for eating after being mixed with cold dishes. When making it, in addition to a broccoli, you also need a carrot and an appropriate amount of black fungus. Divide the broccoli into small florets, cut the carrot into slices, then soak and wash the black fungus in advance, then blanch them together in boiling water, take them out and rinse them with cold water, then take them out and drain the water for later use. Heat the oil in the pot, then add the chopped green onion and stir-fry until fragrant, pour the chopped green onion oil into the broccoli, then add salt and chicken essence to season, mix well and it is ready to eat.
