Preparation of bean curd soup

When making bean curd soup, you can prepare 180 grams of bean curd, a fresh tomato, 50 grams of lean pork, and appropriate amounts of cooking oil, salt, chicken essence, pepper, and light soy sauce.

Steps for making bean curd soup

1. Remove impurities from the prepared bean curd, clean it, then drain the water and set aside. Blanch the tomatoes in boiling water, remove the skin, and cut into slices for later use.

2. Cut the pork into small cubes and set aside. Heat the oil in the pan and put the diced pork in to stir-fry. After the diced pork changes color, add an appropriate amount of light soy sauce and stir-fry for a while.

3. Put the cut tomato slices into the pot and stir-fry for a while, add appropriate amount of water, and then heat to boil.

4. Put the washed bean curd in the pot and continue to cook. After the bean curd is cooked, add salt, chicken essence and appropriate amount of pepper powder for seasoning. After mixing well, add a small amount of sesame oil and then it can be served.

5. The method of making bean curd soup is simple, but its nutritional value is very high. It can clear away heat and promote diuresis, as well as help digestion and detoxification. It is especially suitable for people to eat in summer. In addition, when there are sufficient ingredients at home, you can also add a small amount of diced carrots and diced beef, which will make the bean curd soup taste more delicious.
